SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

DJ Park Equestrian is referred to as "we", "our" and "us" in this policy. Use of this website and purchasing any products through it constitutes acceptance of and agreement to adhere to this policy. Please read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy in conjunction with this Shipping policy.

1) Unless stated otherwise, price includes postage Australia wide, handling & insurance on purchased items whilst being delivered. Shipping to countries outside Australia is not available.

2) Local pick up from DJ Park, Chiltern is available. Please contact us on 0412615039 at the time of placing your order if you wish to pick it up. We accept no responsibility for any delay or inconvenience caused by us not receiving notification of your intent to pick up prior to us posting your items.

3) Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order being received unless otherwise stated or we contact you within 2 business days to inform you of any delay. On very rare occasions due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, an order may not be fulfilled within this timeframe. If you have not heard from us or received shipping confirmation within 5 working days, please contact us on 0412615039 (please leave a voice message or text if there is no answer)

4) All items will be sent via Australia Post regular parcel delivery service. Orders generally arrive within 3-6 business days of being posted, although it may take longer depending on your location. We accept no responsibility for any delay or inconvenience caused by delays once we have sent your order.
5) Express post is available, please contact us for an updated price before placing your order.

6) If you have not received your item within 7 working days of placing your order, please contact us. You will receive a tracking notification from us and/or Australia Post which will allow you to track your order via the Australia Post website, but we are happy to chase up your order to save you the time and inconvenience of doing so.

7) We endeavour to take all due care when packing items, but take no responsibility for lost items or items damaged in transit. Please contact us ASAP if you receive your item and it is damaged, as you may be eligible for compensation under Australia Post's shipping policy. We will always sort out a solution for you ASAP once you notify us of any issue, please contact us for prompt service.
8) Refunds less a postage & handing fee may be offered on unopened products returned within 15 days of purchase in original, undamaged condition at the buyer's expense. Contact us with any enquiries and to arrange to return it. Once the item is received in mint condition, a refund less P&H fee will be credited to your bank account, credit card or paypal account. Sale items are excluded from any refunds except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

9) If you forget to add an item to your order before finalising it, contact us immediately and we will endeavour to solve your issue prior to your order being shipped. We accept no responsibility for not receiving correspondence from you prior to your order being shipped as per your original order.

10) If an item you recently purchased goes on sale, firstly please understand that we are a small business and do not have the buying power or mark-ups that large retail chains have. When we choose to run a sale, inevitably there will be customers who have recently purchased that item at full price. If an item you purchased is on sale within 7 days (STRICTLY) or your purchase, contact us and we will provide you with a credit note for the difference, valid for 30 days.
